Ordering & Availability
Q: How do I place an order?
A: All orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your items, choose your delivery date, and checkout. If you need a custom order, send us a message through our Contact page.
Q: When should I place my order?
A: Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance so we can bake fresh for you.
Q: Do you have a physical storefront?
A: Not yet — Whisk & Wander is currently a bake-to-order business with set delivery days. Every item is baked fresh in our private kitchen.
Q: What days do you deliver?
A: We deliver on Thursdays and Saturdays only. This allows us to dedicate the rest of the week to baking, testing new recipes, and preparing your orders with care.
Minimum Orders & Pricing
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order is 1 dozen desserts (can be a single flavor or a mixed box).
Q: Do you sell individual pieces?
A: No, all items are sold in curated boxes to ensure freshness and make each bake worth the process.
Q: Can I order a sampler box?
A: Yes! We offer 6-piece sampler boxes featuring a selection from our weekly menu.
Custom & Special Orders
Q: Do you make custom flavors or designs?
A: Absolutely. We can create custom dessert boxes for events, weddings, and corporate gifting. Reach out through our Contact page for a custom quote.
Q: How far in advance should I book for a large event?
A: For orders over 6 dozen, please book at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date.
Delivery & Pick-Up
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We currently deliver throughout Central Florida, deliveries over 10 miles will incur an extra charge.
Q: Is pickup available?
A: At this time, we only offer delivery to maintain the quality and presentation of your desserts.
Q: What time will my order arrive?
A: Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM on your chosen delivery day. We’ll send you a message when we’re on our way.
Ingredients & Allergens
Q: Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
A: Select items can be made gluten-free or vegan upon request. Please inquire before ordering.
Q: Do you use organic or premium ingredients?
A: Yes — we prioritize high-quality ingredients, from European butter to organic produce.
Q: Are your products nut-free?
A: Some recipes contain nuts, and all are made in the same kitchen. We do not recommend our products for severe nut allergies.
Storage & Shelf Life
Q: How should I store my desserts?
A: Most items are best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise noted. Items with cream cheese or curd should be refrigerated.
Q: Can I freeze your desserts?
A: Yes, most items can be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature for best flavor and texture.
